When you tree that brown sugar in , I knew that you knew what you where doing . My grandmother ran a cookhouse at are areas fairgrounds, this is exactly the way she did them. Everyone loved her sloppy joes, but remind people sometimes they may need to pour off some of the grease, other then that you are set to work in a cookhouse!??

I know this is good because what I made is good. Didn't check kethcup before going to shop. Only had $10 to spend. I got 1# meat, onion & pepper. Oh & buns. I had to get creative. Had not even a half cup of ketchup but found a couple packets from McDonald's. I put some water in the ketchup bottle, shook it good to get every bit of ketchup & used that for the water. Used some Vidalia Onion Sweet bbq sauce. I wanted to make up for the lack of 1/4# of meat so, with it being NYE & all, I mashed half a can of Black-Eyed Peas. I had to mash them so no one in my household would know. The kids are going to bark about the peppers & onions as it is. HNY~
