INGREDIENTS THAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS BUFFALO WINGS RECIPE:

BBQ Rub
1 cup hot sauce (we used Franks)

***HOW TO MAKE THIS EASY CHICKEN WINGS RECIPE***

Step #1
First you are going to take your chicken wings and cover them in a simple bbq rub preferably salt, pepper, garlic . You will coat all sides and then let it sit for 1-2 hours in the fridge to all the salt to begin to dry the skin. This will help later on for achieving a crispy skin.

Step #2
Once you Chicken wings have been seasoned and your grill is set up for indirect cooking at around 375 degrees you will then go ahead and place your wings on the grill and begin cooking for 40 minutes. After 30minutes of cooking go ahead an flip the wings to get some even cooking.

Step #3
While the wings are cooking, you will begin to make your Buffalo wing sauce. This is the easy part, simply mix together 1 cup franks hot sauce and 1/3 cup of butter to a sauce pan until it is melted together.

Step #4
After about 40 minutes you wings should be between 175-190 this is where we want it to be to give great texture. At this time, remove the buffalo wings and place them into a large bowl with some sauce and toss the sauce and wings together.

Plate them up and you are ready to feast!

That’s it, Enjoy.

Great Job.I was born and raised in Buffalo. Still live about 30 miles east. Just wanted to say Thank you. You made a what i would call a perfect Buffalo Wing (on the BBQ). They are normally deep fried but I too since getting older find myself grilling them alot more. You also nailed the sauce.Spot on. Only thing i do different is split the drum and wing etc. It's nice to see someone make a Wing and not put 15 things on it and Call it Buffalo style. Basic original style. Thanks again.
