    I do something similar. I grind meat a little more with dijon, milk, oyster sauce. Steam in a Belgian white. Top with sauce made of mayo, sweet relish, grated onion and ketchup. It's ridiculous.

    I wonder how stongly the beer flavor is in the finished burger? I gotta try that. I suppose you can do that with beer cause the alcohol content is low and doesn't cause immediate evaporation. Whiskey might burn off too fast.

    Great idea will try it but in NZ if u use Bread it's a Sandwich with buns it's a burger that's why their called Burger buns lol just teasing ya! & no we can't smell it another tease BUT

    That's awesome but serious busch! Let me guess you like your women like you like your beer…light on the busch! Haha. Atleast use PBR. Okay serious question! What if you were cookin more then a burger or two. Could you put a pan in the bottom and pour the beer in it?
