    Shouldn't he be practicing with the rest of the ZZTop , instead of BBQ un-kosher spare ribs. But I appreciate that he is cooking spare ribs. Since those are spare ribs, that means that the pig still has the main ribs nicely in place. Probably running around and frolicking in the hayseed.

    He stated near the end, "for those of you who like crispy skin, we're gonna show you what to do in these wings"…. But he never did. If you smoke wings at 225° (and piled on top of each other), the skin will be rubber.
