Folks, another good recipe, try something new, buy whole canned water chestnuts( may be in asian aisle) leave out the meatball, and follow Larry's recipe. The crunch with the bacon, water chestnut takes on bbq sauce and bacon, they are delicious.

How on earth are you supposed to mix the meat and roll out the meat into balls then? Telekinesis I guess. I use gloves because I don’t want to keep washing my hands over and over again but I am not afraid to touch ground beef with my bare hands. I do the same for any other meat.

When I first saw the words “Moink Balls” on this video’s title I thought: “WHAAAAAAAAT????”

But after your explanation (moo + oink) & I think it’s a PERFECT name for these: LOL!! (& funny & memorable, too!!)

I’ll bet these would be good, too, done in a crock pot, with maybe a little bit of Hickory or Mesquite (or both??) Liquid Smoke added to the sauce, too!!??

    Yuuuuuum!!! Good Eatin’!!

Hey could you give me an opinion of the webber dry rub?  I could actually get that here, and also a brand called rufus teague, but they are both so expensive that I havent been able to convince myself to try them.   Over 100 pesos for a small container,  maybe just enough to do one pork butt.
