If you are waiting 20 to 25 minutes something is wrong. I work on 10 to 15 minutes with Weber Briquettes and Chimney starter. My worry of this product is 'sparks' and North California fires comes to mind. This product is not for me.
How does it compare to the Weber chimney as far as how much charcoal it can hold?
