You sound pretty offical in this Viedo ??Ha ha
early days, that skin looked chewie, amazing how this channel has progressed over the years
Why were the wood chips in water?
Great recipe. Noticed split the chicken down the breast instead of going along the back bone. Really great and helpful to show adjustments of the Weber. Always a problem for me. Thank you.
A látvány magáért beszél !! Köszönöm szépen !!!
That is one beautifully tan chicken
I give it to you , you are the best man lool.
Looks great! Have you ever injected the chicken meat? I take the skin off and eat the meat.
I cooked a whole chicken for the fist time tonight, thanks so much for sharing! The homemade BBQ sauce and this way of cooking, Aaaaawesome!
I must try this over the weekend, this look so good Mmm!!"
That's one nicely cooked bbq chicken, well done
soo goood yummy
Dark meat
Don't think it's burnt – a basting liquid containing honey was used and sugar when caramelized will go dark brown.
I rarely use lighter fluid…and rarely use coals….but to each his own…coals and lighter fluid are quicker to start up. Great Recipes nonetheless…
thanks
Love these vids no bullshit involved real ingredients that everyday people would have in the pantry, too many cooking shows these days claim to be simple and quick but they usually involve ingredients I've never heard of. "Ain't nobody got time fo dat!!"
313 Luv
smoked out chicken i luv it
Holy biscuits. A reply from bbq pit boys and hickock45 on the same day. Thank you for making me feel epic.
We have a bunch of chicken recipes, so check 'em out. But note, we often leave the backbone in to get that enhanced chicken flavor. Same as beef steak without a bone -it's just a plain ol' steak. -BBQ Pit Boys
Comes out better when you cut the back.
185° F?! Yikes! That's chicken jerky. It still looks like a good recipe though. I want to try it, but I'll only cook it to 160°.
Looks like he burned it.
I miss these early vids, timing, sauces, and all that.
I've made so many of these early recepies & they helped me really get a solid foot in grilling beyond burgers & dogs.
I got love for the BBQPBs but I get it, wrap it in bacon, the 3 or 4 catch phrases and done.
it happens
I appreciate the tips/lesson. Please keep the ideas rolling.
hahahahahah this is early BBQPB you smell that
this vadio is old 2007 that nice
I wonder if I can do this with a Turkey.
Why does everyone get so uptight about lighter fluid? If you don't like fluid, just light the coals your own way… to each their own, sheesh.
poor chicken
Lighter fluid = BBQ Fail!
Nothing like cooking on a weber grill !
holy crap!!! pit boyz classic…. nice
