Always a great pleasure watching the Pit Boys make their magic. I grew up in the Central Coast Region of California with such delicacies as Santa Maria Style BBQ or a nice fatty Tri-Tip. You always cook over dried red oak wood, serve with Pinquito Beans, a mild tomato-chili salsa, salad if you want and garlic bread. If you are a tourista in the area and want to partake, try the Far Western Tavern in Orcutt, CA, Jocko's in Nipomo, CA or The Hitching Post in Casmalia, CA. You won't be disappointed.

Great video. I have a 14 pound brisket that I plan on grilling tomorrow, I hope it turns out even half as good looking as that there did

(Sorry in advice) Spices sound perfect but "chili powder, paprika and cayenne," sounds like it would extremely spicy. My family isn't into spicy food will this work without the spicy or will the brisket (and or) rest of the ingredients cool it down?

I love the simplicity of your guys channel. I’m only 15 so can’t buy a 400 dollar smoker. I literally using a small 15 dollar camping grill and you guys style still works. Thanks
