Pulled chuck is so good. I usually smoke them for a few hours then throw them in the slow cooker with a whole bunch of broth until it's falling apart. Slap them on some rolls with horseradish sauce and it's awesome. I also like using chuck for chili. I'll smoke the chuck the day before for a few hours and throw it in the fridge overnight. Then the next morning when my wife's getting the rest of the chili ready, I'll cube the meat while it's cold and easy to cut and throw it in the slow cooker. Gets the meat super tender with nice chunks to bite into while adding a lot of smoke to the chili.
