You should do a smokehouse potato salad, Alaskan crab salad, macaroni salad or some other backyard summer sides to have with burgers and brats!
my go to pizza is a bbq chicken, chorizo and finely sliced onion. i mix it up with the sauce for the base but found a chipotle sauce is a winner and a fine dust of my favourite bbq seasoning on top just before serving 🤤
also have the weber pizza stone which i love for that crispy base.
P.S. souvlaki wraps make amazing pizza bases if you dont want to make your own or are in a hurry 😉👍👍

Onion & Feta sent this over the top for me. In an Excellent way! Maybe a little dipping sauce on the side, and a couple of pepperoncini. Oh Yeah
Looks great, I’d pick thighs any day over breast!
Instead of the oil in the pan to lube it, try buttering the pan and then coating the buttered pan with parmesan cheese. This creates a golden brown lightly crunchy crust on the bottom and sides of the pizza that is absolutely incredible. It is a crust that is right in line with all of the variations of a deep pan pizza..

Id be interested in seeing how this works out with the grill temp set to HELL and tossing a pizza steel over the direct heat. No pan, dough right on the pizza steel. Id also be interested to see what sort of difference there is between thin and thick pizza steel performance wise.
