    Hi, yes, I had guest over a few months back, and I wanted to impress them, you know…me being a "women working the charcoal grill," sadly, some were fully cooked and others weren't fully cooked but instead had a slight hits of red on the inside.

    I had to place them legs into the over to complete the cooking them. however, the grill made the outside looked beautifully chard.

    should poking holes in the legs before I cooking them help the cooking process I don't want that embarrassing moment to happen again? My cuz is a master at barbecuing, and he suggested that I poke holes because he does that when he makes legs and the cook fully when he does…?
