Baking a Pizza in Our Forno Bravo Vesuvio 90 Wood Fired Oven (Timelapse)
We received our new Forno Bravo Vesuvio 90 for our teaching kitchen’s patio and had finally gotten it cured. To break it in we cooked a few quick pizzas. This one was a simple basil, mozzarella, lardo (cured fatback), olive oil and black pepper. This pizza cooked in 2 minutes 10 seconds and was perfectly cooked with crisp edges an evenly browned crust.

That looks really good! I’ve been thinking about getting this oven myself. Do you know the dimensions of the oven and about how many 10" pizzas you can cook in it at one time?
Gross.
