I made it and spent only 5.24….. I don't understand how it cost other people so much. I live in the midwest. Food must be cheaper here. I can get cheese at sprouts for .99 a lb and I can get organic sauce for .99 and pasta for..79 and got boneless skinless chicken breast for.99 a lb and salad for. 69…. Move to the midwest if you really want healthy budget meals I guess.?. Love this recipe.

This turns out DELICIOUS!!! Thank you for posting the recipe. I added a little garlic and used a traditional flavored pasta sauce and it was lovely!!! When you see it, it looks and feels heavy but one bite and you notice it’s really not heavy at all and dare I say fluffy. Very nice and we will be making this for years to come. Thank you!!!

There is so much wrong here: use organic sauce, a stainless steel pot, shred your own cheese, and the chicken is cheap and probably fed euthanised dogs. I could do this for maybe $12. The pasta is okay, and the recipe is great!

I'm going to try this latter this week. Instead of chicken thighs I have chicken quarters. I don't see anything going wrong except for more work getting the chicken cut up
