I am a big fan of your show gentlemen, really great work. Might I also suggest another kebab. Only pork meat, no veggies and alternate Sirloin or Leg steak pieces with nice fat pork belly pieces. Salt at the end and add oregano on the plate. Serve with lemon. If you try it tell me what you think.
