Just a thought Larry. I have stopped buying the raw bacon in favor of the precooked kind. It only takes 30 to 45 seconds to cook and is way less messy. Here is a killer deal I discovered. Cooked bacon is normally about 2 1/2 ounces per pack and I can get Oscar Mayer for $2.99 on sale. You can get the same size package of bits or pieces for sale at Aldis for $1.39. Pieces are bigger than bits. This is nearly equal to a pound of raw bacon for a fraction of the price. It may be equal as I have never weighed the bacon after cooking. If you do not have an Aldis, you can still buy the bits for far less than the fresh bacon at your fav grocery store.

Believe it or not these cauliflower recipes are great. I'm not on a low carb diet I just eat food because it's good. Other day I had a cauliflower "grits" and they where great have that with some ham and eggs.

man i fucking love cauliflower. i am not a huge mac and cheese fan either but the flavour of cauliflower sounds like itd be more interesting in the dish than the flavour of macaroni (which, imo, is minimal). cool idea.
