    I make bacon jam just like that, diff hot sauce and little things like letting the onions go longer that but very similar. Have never put it on a burger, will try thanks Chef.

    This burger looks phenomenal! I’m going to give this a try. I’m going to make the burger sauce a bit spicier and the jam a tad less sweet. I like spice though.
