I made this sauce to put on pork ribs tonight, it was VERY good! It came out looking exactly like your and nice and thick. The vinegar profile was a bit more than I was expecting, but that was fine, as I love Carolina style sauces, which have a lot of vinegar too. I also like that it wasn't over sweet. After tasting it first, I decided to add about 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon and 1/2 tsp of Allspice, as well as 1/8 tsp of Celery Seed. I like hickory sauces, and the bacon I used was hickory smoked, so I am going to make this sauce again and add some Hickory Liquid Smoke to kick up the hickory and add a little Cayenne Pepper to kick up the spice. The base sauce is absolutely fine, as is, but those things kind of add another flavor profile to an already good sauce.

This this just call it ( what's this here sauce) Worcestershire sauce is a deficit word to say for a lot of people. I made this BBQ sauce of yours using Crown Royal & it was a hit with my family and friends. Thanks for posting.

Larry, I made this this weekend to go with some pulled pork I had on the smoker. it stole the show!! even those that are die hard Lexington style vinegar based sauces loved this. we loved it so much, i think I'm gonna use it as a basting sauce the next time I put a few racks of back ribs on the smoker! Thanks for all the great recipes!

Wow!  That is a rich looking sauce.  I will be sure to make it exactly as per your video.  I don't try to say the woster word either.  I call it Lea & Perrins.  I really enjoy making a bourbon BBQ sauce too (Old #7).  A little of it actually makes it into the sauce.  Honest officer, I only had two chicken thighs.  Larry I subscribed to your channel about a year ago and really enjoy your videos.  You have some great recipes and I really enjoy your humor.  Thanks   PS  You really need to get some bigger skillets.
