    100% indirect heat for the burger? I usually do a couple of minutes of direct heat on my burger then move indirect. I'll have to try this. Looks like the burgers would be really juicy especially with the bacon.

    That is looking good Pit Boys. When y'all get a chance give this a try: 5 pounds 80/20, 3 pounds slow smoked bacon chopped and 1 pound Jimmy Dean's sausage , a little Pepper Jack and a slice of the Vidalia onion.
