This salad is the bomb!!!! Great recipe! I couldn't find garlic skapes so I used about a tablespoon of minced garlic. Absolutely the bomb!! Went great with chicken lollipops.

Grilling asparagus is my favorite way to cook it, but when you bathed them in the bacon fat you brought it to another level. Adding this to my pasta salad rotation.

Tips and techniques video idea:
Selection of your favourite sauces, dips, dressing etc. Smokey bbq, Carolina style (mustard and vinegar/pepper), Alabama white, chimichurri, blue cheese dressing etc.
Just a big collection of condiments to complete all the awesome dishes you’ve made.
