Tried them tonight. First legit attempt at smoking/grilling ribs. Always been intimidated before. Used amber bock and also added a dash of apple cider vinegar to the mix. The flavor came out amazing!!! A tad on the tough side though, as I only smoked/grilled for about 3 hrs. If I went the distance, we'd be eating at 11pm. Lol. Will attempt again on a Saturday when I have the time to do it right! Thanks for the video!!
You don't happen to have a loose idea of measurement on the dry spices, do you? Thanks! =0)
I made these for Labor Day and my family elected me as rib chef for family outings, I don't know if I love or hate you guys for the new title but my family really liked these ribs.
have you tried doing this after using a rub the night before?

Larry – it's the Official Big Green Egg website, once you get there, scroll down to the bottom and click on 'egghead community'. Everyone's welcome!
Hey Larry, hope things are well with you. Wonder if you've ever been to the Big Green Egg forums? I've posted several of your video's there, including this one … your sort of a 'minor' celebrity there among my friends. Keep up the awesome work as I really seeing a notice for your most recent cook(s) in my inbox ~ Tim M.
My little 3 lb rack is bathing right now. I really can't justify smoking them for 4-5 hours, so they'll spend 3 hours in the oven & 1-2 on the offset grill, with a 10 minute direct at the end. Hopefully, they won't come out tough! Love the recipe!
I like this!
おいしそうだ。日本だとこういう料理は難しいから羨ましいな~nice video! :)
Is that 300F?
That looks awesome!
Try saying it like "Wooster-sher", same sound as 'wood'. Across the pond we usually just say Worcester sauce 🙂
Sir these ribs turned out fantastic !!! Made them yesterday and I think I found my new favourite rib recipe Thank you for sharing.
lol …… man you are rediculous!!!
Going to give it a go
I try this and the Poached ribs in beer turned out awesome, then direct grilling for the finishing flavour! Great rib recipe, enjoyed! ???
I will have to try this and maybe make a video myself! I generally buy fully cooked ribs because they only take 15 minutes, so, this is a new adventure! ???
Great color on those ribs Larry , looked like a first place competition cook ….!!!
OMG! I can smell this!… Amazing recipe…. All your recipes are fantastic and very unique
Larry nice recipe for the ribs. I wonder how it would do as a compitition recipe? I might try it and see…what the heck right? nice video as always buddy.
