Tried them tonight. First legit attempt at smoking/grilling ribs. Always been intimidated before. Used amber bock and also added a dash of apple cider vinegar to the mix. The flavor came out amazing!!! A tad on the tough side though, as I only smoked/grilled for about 3 hrs. If I went the distance, we'd be eating at 11pm. Lol. Will attempt again on a Saturday when I have the time to do it right! Thanks for the video!!

I made these for Labor Day and my family elected me as rib chef for family outings, I don't know if I love or hate you guys for the new title but my family really liked these ribs.

I've posted several of your video's there, including this one … your sort of a 'minor' celebrity there among my friends. Keep up the awesome work as I really seeing a notice for your most recent cook(s) in my inbox ~ Tim M.

My little 3 lb rack is bathing right now. I really can't justify smoking them for 4-5 hours, so they'll spend 3 hours in the oven & 1-2 on the offset grill, with a 10 minute direct at the end. Hopefully, they won't come out tough! Love the recipe!
