    Oh yeah … lotta moisture… I think you guys are aliens …. you don't know how to make a bad rib! You do it this way, you do it that way, and every time they look tender fall off the bone! Bravo!

    This is not necessarily a negative comment, however,​ I followed their dry rub recipe and my family and company were not able to eat the ribs… this is a very hot and spicy recipe. Our dog would not eat them. This is a very spicy and hot recipe.
