Should check out the GMG Davy Crockett/Trek. I have their older Davy Crockett and it's fantastic for camping/tailgating. Its got a more accurate pid controller and also plugs straight up into a 12v socket without any inverters.
My favorite portable grill is the PKGO with the flip kit. Check it out Jabin. The build quality is amazing! ??
