I know this is an older video, but I was shocked when you dumped a pre-made package of slaw into a bowl. The newer videos it seems like you make more from scratch. That said, by the end of the video, I was like "damn that looks delicious". 🙂 Love your channel.
where the hat. I can bare recognize chef tom.
Your good but you make dum mistakes
This would be great with some bao buns
You have great videos! Please state what flavor pellets you use for the smoke, I got got YS640 part. Thanks, Jeff
i like how when chef tom tastes the food he has a normal reaction instead of an orgasm
Chef Tom great job and thanks for using our Kim's Bourbon Aki Sauce! Please let me know if I can provide Product for any upcoming Video's. Well done Sir!!
Toast your bread! 😀
I'm surprised you didn't use any Hoisin or Plum sauce. I just started watching and can tell you I have already learned that I've been smoking at way too low a temperature, thanks for the videos!
This looks absolutely DELICIOUS! Please keep up all the great videos! I was just thinking, do you think it may be easier to try this with a country style rib meat so you don't have to separate it from the bone? Just a thought. I think I'm going to give this a try.
Man, that slaw was begging for a splash of yuzu and fish sauce, and the ribs could have had a sprinkle of seasame seeds. That would have really given it a more "Asian" taste. Either way, this looked good and has given me some ideas for a new meal.
looks delicious! I do however like my bun nice and toasted! Great job as usual Chef Tom 🙂
where does this guy even cook at? the test grills in a patio shop?
Thats a killer cook Tom…well done brother…
Wow. I know what I'm cooking next weekend. Looks amazing!
i want to see some brisket sandwiches made from pulling to chopping the meat and adding bbq sauce…
Dang! That looks good! I gotta try this!
we'll done
Oh man, that looked fantastic, this is a must try….thanks for the idea
thanks for sharing the recipe. i would like to see more of you eating what you cook, it completes the video presentation. thanks!
When using the YS640
What temperature do you cook the back ribs at normally?
Chef Tom #1. Loved the glasses, should have just put them on for the whole video! ? #2 thanks again for a great video and awesome content! #3 what type of camera do you guys shoot with?
Sigh… Well guess I'll see you guys next Friday on payday. Does it matter what pellets you use or no?
Enjoyed this a bunch and will give it a try. But don't you think this sandwich deserves better than a regular old hamburger bun? Any ideas?
daaaaaam tom back at it again with the awesome videos!!!!
man your dishes are inspiring can't wait to try this one.
11:30 pm I shouldn't have watched this now I'm hungry…
I know this might sound weird but you know the new burger King Mac and cheetos is hype rn and I was thinking making the ribs/chicken this flavors Mac and cheetos ribs or chicken lol . idk maybe play around with it I guess to see if it taste good .
Woah, that looks awesome, tom.
Love the idea of using a familiar meat in a different way!
Sweet video, how does this channel not have more subs?!? If possible, I would love to see your take on perfect HOT chicken breast fillets.
looks Awesome
I'm a huge fan of Asian flavors, this is something I'm going to have to try. I like the individual cooking to get that bark all the way around. Probably gives that sandwich a nice crunch to it! Thanks again for another awesome recipe.
Great video. Excellent technique.
Great video, Ive never separated ribs and cooked them individually, which technique is better, full rack or individual ribs?
