After watching this video, I decided to look for this brand in my supermarket. I found it, and decided to try the Punjab Eggplant. I poured it over cooked basmati rice. It was very yummy, about medium on the spicy-hot scale. I'll be looking for these again in the supermarket. They cost more than a dollar, but then, my supermarket isn't a dollar store!
